RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS
- RESERVATION
- The services offered by us enables you to identify suitable location in the Participating Merchants premises and communicate your interest to reserve the same. We do not offer the reservation. We communicate the same with Participating Merchant and in the event the Participating Merchant confirms we convey the message to you.
- Thus the contract is executed between you and Participating Merchant who has enlisted with us. We are only an intermediary facilitating the communication between the User and Participating Merchant.
- The information on our Platform is based on what Participating tell us. We do our best to keep things up to date at all times.
- The Participating Merchant shall be responsible for providing the reservation at the time and place as agreed between the User and the Participating Merchant. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation by the Participating merchant. However, IReservation is committed to ensuring a quality services for the User and User can immediately contact IReservations Email: customercare@ireserved.com and we shall assist you in ensuring that any grievances are addressed to the Participating Merchant
- COMPLETION OF RESERVATION
- Upon successful booking confirmation, the User can avail the same at the premises of the Participating Merchant as per the booking or reservation itenary shared with the User. Please make yourself available as the per the Reservation itenary.
- CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

- In the event you are cancelling the reservation, you may be required to cancel your reservation in accordance with the Participating Merchant’s cancellation policy, which is disclosed at the time the reservation is made. In cases where no cancellation policy of the Participating merchants is revealed, Users must cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 30 minutes in advance of the reservation. You may cancel your reservation via the IReservation Platform.
- If you are unable to keep your reservation and you fail to cancel at least 30 minutes in advance of the reservation, IReservation shall consider you as a Default User and in the event, you are categorised as a Default User the following event may occur
- The default User status will be shown in your profile and shared with the Participating merchant and you authorise us to communicate the same to the Participating Merchant
- The default User Status will be used to determine the User Ranking Category (provided below)
- In the event the Default User Status is issued to your more than 5 (five) times your access or use of IReservation Services IReservation Platform shall be terminated.
- TERMS OF USE
These Terms are in addition to the Terms of Use and shall be read conjointly with the terms of use. The Terms of Use shall also govern these terms for all matters of jurisidctions, waiver and other terms not expressly stated herein
